01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the vcity333 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all services provided under it. This Agreement takes effect from the date you register your account or from the moment you begin using any part of this platform.

vcity333 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the platform, and continued use after such notice means you accept the updated version of the terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

02Account Eligibility and Registration

To use the vcity333 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

03Account Management

04Deposits and Withdrawals

The vcity333 platform supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH.

Transaction terms are as follows:

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM50.
• Minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours, subject to successful verification.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for payments made via cryptocurrency.

vcity333 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal if there is suspicious activity or if identity verification requirements have not been met. Users are responsible for ensuring that the banking account details provided are accurate and belong to them.

05Bonuses and Promotions

vcity333 offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements. The vcity333 welcome bonus gives a 150% first bonus of up to RM500.

Example calculation of wagering requirements for the welcome bonus:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Total wagering required: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM500 → Account balance RM1,300 → Total wagering required: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

General terms relating to bonuses are as follows:

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user or converted directly into cash.
• vcity333 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of the specified conditions.
• Other promotions such as cashback, birthday bonuses, or seasonal promotions may have different wagering requirements — check the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

06Game Rules

The vcity333 platform offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, sportsbook, and crash games. Each game category may have its own specific rules.

General rules that apply to all games:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure.

• The user breaches any term in this document.

• The user fails to meet identity verification requirements within the specified period.
• Instructions from a relevant authority or regulatory body.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, and any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user once all verifications are complete.
